Time:               9:30 a.m. shot gun start

Golf Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. - Tee off is promptly @ 9:30 a.m.

The tournament will hold a maximum of 144 players.  Spots for players and sponsorships are limited and will be secured on a first come first served bases. Payments not received by the payment deadline of September 5th, 2008, will result in forfeiture and open spots for play and/or sponsorship will be offered to those on the wait list. We are working with Leadboard Tournament Systems please see there e-mail address through out this mailing.

Leaderboard Tournament Systems will require the following from all sponsors:

        Contact name, number and e-mail

        Electronic Company Logo in JPEG FORMAT

        List of players

Be the sponsor of our “World’s Longest Beer Golf Cart” – there’s only one so first come, first serve.  Drinks included in the sponsorship fee.

 A block of rooms have been reserved for September 10 & 11 at the Marriott Orlando World Center at a special rate of $139.00 per night. Please send an email to me directly if you would like to reserve a room at this rate.  Please note that you cannot receive this rate by calling the hotel directly.
